Currently, we ship online purchases only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship online orders to U.S. territories. Online orders containing devices must be shipped to a physical street address. Online orders containing products other than devices (such as accessories and maps) can be shipped to a P.O. Box. Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Please call (913) 397-8200 (outside the U.S.) or (800) 800-1020 (within the U.S.) to place your order. We choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on your delivery requirements. The current options for shipping in the U.S. are Ground shipping (2–5 business days) for $8, 2nd business day (2–3 business days) for $18 and Next business day (1 business day) for $28.
Garmin is obligated to charge sales tax in any state where we maintain a branch or office. Currently we are required to collect sales tax in AL, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MI, MO, MN, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI and WY. For these states, sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping charges. Downloadable content is also subject to sales tax in these states. For customers outside the United States, international tax rates will apply to downloadable purchases.

Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened software and downloadable items are nonrefundable. Check Your Status to find out if your order or repair has shipped as well as track your package. Visit our Support Center to get a return material authorization (RMA) number before returning any merchandise. Once you have a RMA number, send us your return with the RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the box. Shipping fees for returns are your responsibility.
