Shipping Policy
The Body Shop currently uses FedEx for Ground shipping and UPS for Two Day and Next Day shipping. You can choose between Ground, Two Day or Next Day shipping. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Place your order by 3 PM EST and you will receive your order within 7 business days. If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment especially during November and December. We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your orders has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information on your confirmation email. The Body Shop is not responsible for carrier delivery delays.

Tax Policy

Return Policy

Club Premier Toolbar FAQs

Do I have to sign up to use the Club Premier Toolbar?
Yes, you need to be a registered member of Club Premier to download and use the Club Premier Toolbar.

Does it cost me anything?
No, it is completely Free! That's the beauty of it, we actually pay you. You will earn on all qualifying purchases at the over 800 participating merchants in the program. You can also get added savings by using coupons listed for the retailers.

Do I have to shop through the Club Premier site?
If you have the Club Premier Toolbar installed, you can use it to make sure you are accessing on the deals instead of starting at Club Premier eStore. Look for the Club Premier Toolbar icon in the upper left corner when you visit your favorite retailers' websites. If you see the icon, open the toolbar and click the partner logo to activate tracking and make sure you are earning on qualifying purchases through the merchant.

What browsers are supported?
You can download the Club Premier Toolbar for the most popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera). See the install page for a complete list of the browsers/versions we support.

Do you support the Apple operating system?
Yes, the "Club Premier Toolbar" is browser specific so whether you run Firefox (or other browser) on a Mac or Windows machine you can download and install it. It will run the same in both.

How can I check my earnings?
Using the Club Premier Toolbar, you can check your earnings by simply expanding the toolbar. Your earnings-to-date are displayed on the lower right hand side. If you want to see your transaction history in greater detail, check out the My Account page of the site.

How do I add a store to my Favorites list?
Just click the "add this store to my favorites" button in the bar. This will add that merchant to your favorites list shown on the options page. It will also display on your favorites list on the eStore website.

How do I know when I am going to earn?
If you see the Club Premier Toolbar icon when you are on a merchant site, click on the icon to expand the full toolbar. You will see a message that says "Click here" to activate cash back. Once you click that button the Club Premier Toolbar will automatically redirect you through the Club Premier eStore servers and we will be able to track any earnings. The toolbar message will change to "You will now earn X% while you shop" and will be available to show you available coupons for that site as well!

How else can I save when I shop?
You can also use the available coupons for a particular merchant in addition to earning. At the top of the toolbar a pick list will display all coupons available for the particular merchant you are visiting. Select a coupon and Club Premier Toolbar will redirect you to the correct page on the merchant site for that offer, and confirm the offer details and your earnings for any purchases.

How many merchants will the bar work for?
The Club Premier Toolbar will work for all 800+ merchants in the Club Premier eStore program. For a full list of stores in the program, go to the Club Premier eStore website, and click the All Stores tab.

Why am I having trouble with Mall ClubPremier Toolbar and Safari?
We are now using a new Apple Developer License and continue to make improvements to our extension. If you have a Safari extension with a version lower than 1.9.0.0, you will be required to uninstall the old version. Go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions, select "Mall ClubPremier Toolbar" and click "Uninstall". You can then install the latest version from the download page.
