Collecting Premier Points


Q: How do I use Mall Premier online shopping?
A: It is easy to use Mall Premier Online Shopping. Follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Once logged in to your Club Premier account, search and compare products at your favorite store.
2. Click to the retailers' site and shop as you normally shop
3. The retailer advises us that you have made an order and within 40 days your Premier Points will be credited into your account.

Q: How is my account number linked to my purchases through shopping via mall.clubpremier.com?
A: You need to click on the Online Shopping section once you have signed into your Club Premier online account, your membership details are then linked to any purchase you make. In order to earn Premier Points you must visit the shopping section first and then click through to the retailer's link.
Q: Do I need a separate Club Premier account to earn Premier Points for shopping via mall.clubpremier.com website?
A: No, Premier Points from shopping via mall.clubpremier.com will be credited to your existing Club Premier account.
Q: Will I still get my Premier Points if I forget to log-in?
A: It is important that you log in to your Club Premier account before using Mall Premier Online Shopping. If you do not log in before shopping, we will be unable to credit your account with any Premier Points collected.
Q: Can I collect Premier Points from the High Street outlets of retailers who feature on the Mall Premier Online Shopping site?
A: No, unfortunately Premier Points are only awarded on purchases made at the retailers' online site, when accessed via Mall Premier Online Shopping. No Kilometers will be earned for purchases made in store or via any other online shopping site.
Q: Can I redeem my Premier Points with retailers that appear on the Online Shopping site?
A: No, Mall Premier Online Shopping provides an opportunity for you to collect Premier Points on your online shopping; you cannot pay for your orders with your Premier Points.
Q: Can I earn tier points for purchases made via the Online Shopping site?
A: No, tier points cannot be earned for purchases made via the Online Shopping site.
Q: How are Premier Points calculated when using Online Shopping?
A: Each retailer offers different amounts of Premier Points per USD/$1 spent. Please see the individual retailer's page for further details.
Q: Will I collect Premier Points on everything I buy?
A: No, Premier Points will not be awarded on VAT or delivery or on the purchase of Gift Vouchers. In addition, certain products are excluded from collecting Premier Points. Click on the retailer's logo for further information on that retailer.
Q: Is there a limit to the amount of Premier Points I can earn per purchase?
A: No, the more you shop the more Premier Points you will earn, as per the earning ratio displayed within the Online Shopping site.
Q: Can I go shopping and give my Premier Points to someone else?
A: No, Premier Points will only be credited to the Club Premier account holder provided when you sign into your Club Premier online account.
Q: Do I need to keep details on my order?
A: Yes, please keep your order confirmation as this will be required should you have questions regarding the order you have placed.
Q: What do I do if I haven't received my order?
A: You will need to contact the retailer from which you made your purchase. Contact details can be found on the retailer's own website.
Q: What do I do if I need to return my shopping?
A: You need to contact the retailer from which you have made your purchase to organize your return as each retailer has it's own individual process. We will be advised that your order has been returned and the Premier Points you collected on that purchase will be removed from your Club Premier account.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All retailers on the Mall Premier Online Shopping site are responsible for their own shipping policies. To view shipping costs, delivery times and returns policies, please refer to the individual retailer's site.
Payment Information

Q: How long after my purchase will it take for Premier Points to be credited to my Club Premier account? How will I know these have been credited?
A: Retailers will credit Premier Points within 40 days. Once your Premier Points have been credited they will show on your online Club Premier statement.
Q: Why have my Premier Points not appeared in my account statement?
A: There are a number of possible reasons:

  1. Premier Points collected through Online Shopping retailers will not appear in your account until up to 40 days after the date of your purchase.
  2. If you return an item to obtain a refund, Premier Points collected on that purchase will be removed from your Club Premier account. Please check the individual retailer's policy for returns.
  3. To collect Premier Points while shopping online, you must enter the retailer's site through Mall Premier Online Shopping. If you visit a retailer's site directly, without having visited the Mall Premier Online Shopping website, we will be unable to credit you with any Premier Points.
  4. Increasingly, some advert blocking software programs have been known to block the special tracking codes (COOKIES) that we need to monitor in order to award you your Premier Points. If you have not seen your Premier Points posted to your account 40 days after your purchase, please fill out our Missing Premier Points form.
  5. Any claim for missing Flying Club Premier Points must be made within 90 days of your purchase.

Q: I can't access some of the store links. What should I do?
A: If you find that a link or store site doesn't work, it is likely that you have a piece of software controlling the sites you can visit. To solve this problem:

  1. Please disable your Ad Blocking/Popup Blocking/Cookie Blocking software (you might need to close your browser and re-start after you switch off your blocking software).
  2. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or another browser which has a privacy setting, set the privacy setting to low.
  3. If you have Zone Alarm Pro or Norton Internet security, these products have ad-blocking and cookie-blocking features. You do not need to disable your firewall, just disable the cookie-blocking and ad-blocking feature for this website

Q: Can I earn additional Premier Points if I use my American Express cobranded card for purchases made through Mall Premier Online Shopping?
A: Additionally to the Premier Points you receive from Mall Premier and from paying with your Aeroméxico American Express card you will not receive additional Kilometers, these can only be accumulated when booking flights and Gran Plan trips with Aeroméxico Online Shopping is for Club Premier members but by using Mall Premier Online Shopping the customer leaves the Club Premier site and the transactions are processed on the retailers' own sites.
Q: Will I be able to earn additional Premier Points in the future?
A: No, we currently have no plans to offer additional Premier Points for Online Shopping transactions.
Q: Is there a limit to the amount of Premier Points I can earn per purchase?
A: No, The more you shop the more Premier Points you will earn, as per the earning ratio displayed within the Online Shopping site, however occasionally there is a cap on the number of Premier Points you can earn on certain promotions.

Browsers Issues

Q: How do I disable pop-up blocking software?
A: In order to access our online retail stores, you may need to turn off your 'pop-up blocker' feature. Often this feature is an accompaniment to internet browser software or a toolbar. This will need to be disabled or adjusted to allow you shop online via Mall Premier Online Shopping. Please see our cookie policy for more details.
Enabling Cookies

To fully access all the features on the site, you must enable "cookies" in your browser. Mall Premier Online Shopping uses "session cookies". Session cookies reside in memory and exist only when your browser is open. This cookie holds only the information that is uniquely generated when you log on to your account and persist only as long as your browser is open. This cookie allows you to have your purchases tracked and added to your account as you browse the Mall Premier Online Shopping retailers. Then, upon departure from the site and closure of the Web browser, the information in the session cookie is removed from memory. This enables better user security and privacy.

To check your "cookie" setting, go to the "tools" link at the top of your browser and click Internet Options.
Supported Browsers

Mall Premier Online Shopping supports the latest versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator and Mozilla/FireFox. The latest versions of these browsers as well as Windows XP Service Pack 2 include a pop-up blocking feature which may need to be disabled or adjusted to allow you to shop online via Club Premier Online Shopping.

Q: Do I need to have cookies enabled on my system?
A:Please ensure you have cookies enabled on your system as we monitor these tracking codes in order to ensure your Premier Points are awarded.

Club Premier Toolbar FAQs

Do I have to sign up to use the Club Premier Toolbar?
Yes, you need to be a registered member of Club Premier to download and use the Club Premier Toolbar.

Does it cost me anything?
No, it is completely Free! That's the beauty of it, we actually pay you. You will earn on all qualifying purchases at the over 800 participating merchants in the program. You can also get added savings by using coupons listed for the retailers.

Do I have to shop through the Club Premier site?
If you have the Club Premier Toolbar installed, you can use it to make sure you are accessing on the deals instead of starting at Club Premier eStore. Look for the Club Premier Toolbar icon in the upper left corner when you visit your favorite retailers' websites. If you see the icon, open the toolbar and click the partner logo to activate tracking and make sure you are earning on qualifying purchases through the merchant.

What browsers are supported?
You can download the Club Premier Toolbar for the most popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera). See the install page for a complete list of the browsers/versions we support.

Do you support the Apple operating system?
Yes, the "Club Premier Toolbar" is browser specific so whether you run Firefox (or other browser) on a Mac or Windows machine you can download and install it. It will run the same in both.

How can I check my earnings?
Using the Club Premier Toolbar, you can check your earnings by simply expanding the toolbar. Your earnings-to-date are displayed on the lower right hand side. If you want to see your transaction history in greater detail, check out the My Account page of the site.

How do I add a store to my Favorites list?
Just click the "add this store to my favorites" button in the bar. This will add that merchant to your favorites list shown on the options page. It will also display on your favorites list on the eStore website.

How do I know when I am going to earn?
If you see the Club Premier Toolbar icon when you are on a merchant site, click on the icon to expand the full toolbar. You will see a message that says "Click here" to activate cash back. Once you click that button the Club Premier Toolbar will automatically redirect you through the Club Premier eStore servers and we will be able to track any earnings. The toolbar message will change to "You will now earn X% while you shop" and will be available to show you available coupons for that site as well!

How else can I save when I shop?
You can also use the available coupons for a particular merchant in addition to earning. At the top of the toolbar a pick list will display all coupons available for the particular merchant you are visiting. Select a coupon and Club Premier Toolbar will redirect you to the correct page on the merchant site for that offer, and confirm the offer details and your earnings for any purchases.

How many merchants will the bar work for?
The Club Premier Toolbar will work for all 800+ merchants in the Club Premier eStore program. For a full list of stores in the program, go to the Club Premier eStore website, and click the All Stores tab.

Why am I having trouble with Mall ClubPremier Toolbar and Safari?
We are now using a new Apple Developer License and continue to make improvements to our extension. If you have a Safari extension with a version lower than 1.9.0.0, you will be required to uninstall the old version. Go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions, select "Mall ClubPremier Toolbar" and click "Uninstall". You can then install the latest version from the download page.
